Registration of participants

The registration of championship members has three stages:

- Preliminary entry forms
are accepted before the: 20th of June 2008.
Download the form of preliminary entry form.
The filled-in entry form should be sent to the following addresses:

- Nominative entry forms
are accepted before the:20th of August 2008.
To fill and send the demand form

- Final entry forms
should be sent not later than the day before the beginning of competition.
